Orders are dispatched daily so you get your products as quickly as possible, including on weekends.

Dispatch Cut-Off Times

  • Monday–Friday: orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day.

  • Cost: free on orders over £25, otherwise £6.99 for Express Shipping & £4.99 for Standard Shipping

Local Delivery in Barmingham

  • Service: Same day delivery, within 3 Miles
  • Availability: Monday–Friday
  • Cost: free on orders over £25, otherwise £6.99
  • Cut-off: 1:00 PM on weekdays

Express Courier

  • Service: next working day, signature required
  • Availability: Monday–Friday
  • Cost: £6.99 per order
  • Cut-off: 3:00 PM on weekdays

Special/Guaranteed Delivery

  • Service: next working day by 1:00 PM, signature required
  • Availability: Monday–Friday
  • Cost: from £8.99
  • Cut-off: 2:00 PM weekdays

Premium Express

  • Service: next working day, signature required
  • Availability: Monday–Friday
  • Cost: from £6.99
  • Cut-off: 3:00 PM on weekdays

Good to Know

  • Remote areas: delivery to some remote UK postcodes may take a little longer — Special/Guaranteed Delivery is recommended for these areas.
  • Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Missed deliveries: if your order hasn't arrived when expected, contact our support team and we'll help track it down.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only and do not offer international shipping.

BFPO Addresses

If you're shipping to a BFPO address, please select our standard tracked delivery option at checkout, as other couriers are unable to deliver to these addresses.
