We may decline an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, failed age verification, or delivery restrictions. If we decline your order, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address — we're not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

2.10 Returns and Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with UK consumer law. To do so, contact us within this period and return the item within a further 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Exceptions: items unsealed for hygiene or health reasons (such as opened e-liquids, atomisers, or pods) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once opened.

2.11 Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will inspect it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, in line with our Refund Policy. Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

2.12 Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are not covered by warranty due to their single-use nature. Puff counts are manufacturer estimates and not guaranteed.
