Which GT Core Build Should You Choose?
GT2 (0.4 ohm, 40W to 80W) is a single coil build and the simplest entry point into this series. GT4 (0.15 ohm, 30W to 70W) uses a dual Clapton style coil for a balance of flavour and cloud. GT6 (0.2 ohm, 40W to 100W) steps up to a triple coil build for bigger clouds, while GT8 (0.15 ohm, 50W to 110W) is the flagship eight core coil built for maximum flavour and vapour at high wattage. GT Meshed uses a mesh heating element for a larger surface area and stronger flavour, and GT CCELL and GT CCELL2 swap the cotton wick for a ceramic core, trading a little flavour for a longer coil lifespan.

Best E-Liquids to Pair With NRG GT Coils
As sub ohm coils, these are built for high VG e-liquid, ideally 60% VG or higher, rather than high PG juice or nic salts. Browse our shortfill e-liquids range, including 100ml shortfills, both formulated for sub ohm devices like this one.
Why Choose Vaporesso

How to Replace Your Coil
- Turn off your device and remove the tank.
- Empty any remaining e-liquid from the tank before removing the old coil.
- Screw the old coil out and screw the new GT coil firmly into place.
- Refill the tank and let the coil sit for 5 to 10 minutes before vaping, so it can fully saturate.
Frequently Asked Questions

They range from single coil builds like GT2 up to the eight core GT8, plus mesh and ceramic options, each suited to different wattages and flavour or longevity preferences.
What devices are NRG GT coils compatible with?
They fit the NRG tank series, Cascade tanks, SKRR tanks, Sky Solo kits and Revenger Mini and X kits.
How often should I replace my coil?
Most sub ohm vapers get one to two weeks of regular use from a GT coil, though ceramic builds like GT CCELL typically last longer.
What e-liquid works best with these coils?
High VG e-liquid, ideally 60% VG or higher, works best. High PG e-liquids and nic salts aren't recommended at these resistances.
